How is shipping and everything proceed? Why is shipping fee FREE on checkout page?
You place an order--→we inform you of shipping fee/offer shipping options--→send you an invoice via Paypal--→payment fulfilled, shipped out, providing tracking number--→receive your item

The website system needs us to set an amount for shipping fee, but different areas n eed different shipping fees, so we have to set it "free" and charge separately by Paypal.

*We declare a low value to avoid custom fee
