Shipping fee
* PRE-ORDER product:
Shipping fee is not included. Shipping fee depends on the delivery company, distance, size, and weight of the product. We cannot provide you with the accurate freight until the product has arrived at our warehouse. We will inform you of it by email before delivery.
* IN-STOCK product:
for Asia: Free shipping fees(a few countries/regions may need extra shipping fees)
for Europe and America: The price shown on the description page doesn't include shipping fees.
* Single card:
Free shipping fee for cards order more than 100USD.
* Boxes:
Shipping fee is needed.
Shipping method
We offer EMS expedited/EMS economy/UPS/DHL/FedEx for you to choose.
In general, it takes 3-5 weeks for Americas and European countries and 7-15 days for Asia countries.
Product broken
We can not guarantee you will receive it without any damage because of long-distance transportation and fragile resin material. Though styrofoam and heavy duty corner protector are added, bumps are inevitable. If the product gets damaged, we will contact the studio for a replacement. If the studio can not offer the replacement, we will make compensation according to the condition of the broken part, or ask the statue repairer to try to fix it. However, if you want a perfect statue without any flaws, please order with care.
Product lost
If the product is lost during transportation, we will make a full refund or ship a new one.
Aftersale service time
If the product is damaged or contains defects, you are advised to contact us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. Then we can manage the best course of action. We will not provide service for any reports received after 3 or more days have elapsed from an order's date of receipt.
