1, How can I change my address?

Please confirm your address before paying the bill to make sure it is correct. If you want to change it, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase. Once we ship it out, you can't change the address.

2, Is the shipping package traceable?

Of course, we will provide you with the tracking number.

3, Can deposits be refunded?

The deposit fee for PRE-ORDER statues can not be refunded.

4, What is the product's transaction currency?

All products are stated in USD.
5, What about the customs fees?
Some countries might impose certain custom charges, fees, or taxes, and they are the buyer's responsibility if it happens. We will declare a low value for you!
